Privacy summary
- No advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, behavioral analytics, or automatic telemetry.
- Windows video and audio are sent directly to the paired Apple Vision Pro device over the user's network, not through Max Power IT servers.
- Recognized device, network, window, path, account, email, and pairing identifiers are replaced with session-scoped tokens before diagnostic events are stored.
- The rolling log contains no more than the most recent five minutes; older data is overwritten or removed.
- Export requires an acknowledgement and creates a text file on the Windows Desktop for review.
- Only a separate, manual upload on the support website sends a diagnostic file to Max Power IT.
Local streaming and control
The Windows Bridge captures only the window or display source selected by the user. Video, optional audio, input, clipboard requests, pairing messages, and stream-control messages travel directly between paired devices. Max Power IT servers do not relay or store that content.
Local network addresses, device names, window titles, and pairing values may be used on the user's devices for discovery and connection. They are not automatically transmitted to Max Power IT.
Local diagnostics
The apps create operational events and errors for troubleshooting. Before storage, the logging system anonymizes recognized identifiers. Logs stay in the app's local data area and are limited to a rolling five-minute window.
Anonymization is designed to remove common identifiers, but an automated filter cannot guarantee that unexpected free-form error text contains no sensitive information. Users should review every exported file before sharing it.
Manual support uploads
If a user separately visits the support website and manually uploads an exported log, the site requires consent, CAPTCHA verification, and a short problem description. It does not request a name or email address with the file.
The file and description are transmitted to the Max Power IT support server, saved to an access-controlled disk folder, and assigned a submission ID. They are not emailed or posted publicly. Uploaded diagnostic files are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted. Earlier deletion can be requested by sending the submission ID to support@maxpowerit.com.
The web server may keep ordinary security access records such as time, requested page, browser information, and network address for operation and abuse prevention.
Beta and third-party features
The optional MCP Server and immersive XR features are marked Beta. MCP clients, ALVR, SteamVR, XR applications, browsers, Apple, Microsoft, and Valve may independently process information under their own settings and privacy policies. SpatialDesk does not automatically send MCP or XR diagnostic data to Max Power IT.
Data not collected by the apps
The apps do not collect advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, health, financial, or biometric information; do not create advertising profiles; and do not store Windows screen or audio content on Max Power IT servers.
Sharing, security, and user controls
Max Power IT does not sell personal information or share app diagnostic data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Manually submitted logs may be accessed only by personnel or service providers who need them for support or security and are subject to appropriate duties, or when disclosure is required by law.
Safeguards include pairing, local-network controls, protocol encryption where supported, file validation, upload limits, CAPTCHA, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and access-controlled storage. No system is completely secure; use the apps only on a trusted private network.
Users may close the apps, delete Desktop exports, disable MCP, stop XR software, revoke paired-device trust, uninstall the apps, or request deletion of a manually uploaded log by submission ID.
Children and changes
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the apps. Material policy changes will be published here with a new effective date.
